Logging in to shopj2.com

  1. Open an internet browser
  2. Browse to shopj2.com
  3. Click the Please login (top left under the J2 logo)login
  4.  The login page will open for you to enter your credentials then click Login
    1. Username: please refer your welcome email for your username
    2. Password: passwordCREDENTIALS
  5. The Edit Your Profile page will open for your to enter a new password, then click Change Passwordpassword
  6.  The Change Your Security Question page will open. Type in your new password then select a Security Question from the drop down and type in the answer. Then click Change Question.security question
  7.  You are now logged into J2’s online store. You will see your username and your account/department information displayed.welcome
