Position: Inside Client Success Manager

Location: Kalispell, MT

Reports To:  Director of Operations

Compensation:  Commission with a guaranteed base depending on experience, minimum $15 per hour. Benefits include paid time off and contribution to retirement plan.

Position Summary
An inside sales representative will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.  You are valuable to us and we take seriously making sure you have every resource to be successful!  As an Inside Sales Representative possessing natural talents to engage and connect with prospective customers, you will develop leads and seek opportunities to present additional products to both current customers and potential customers. You will take a proactive position working with our customers to ensure a smooth sales process and we are truly helping them achieve what they are trying to accomplish. Demonstrating excellent customer service and professionalism during customer interactions is vital to both our success and yours.  We are a believer in “no surprises” and want to make sure you are ready and comfortable to make sixty calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Position Responsibilities

  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
  • Ability to establish rapport and closing sales
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing sixty plus calls per day
  • Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Greet customers and create rapport
  • Responsible for customer follow-up
  • Developing leads and referrals
  • Create personal marketing plan
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
  • Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers

Physical Demands

Work requires physical effort and use of motor skills, requiring manual dexterity. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time as well as stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend over, push/pull. Employee must occasionally lift, push or pull boxes/merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds.
