The J2 Copier & Printer Way

Install Assessment

Survey the space and electrical needs.

Assess any unique requirements such as stairs, specific entry door.

Meet with IT to discuss networking requirements andplatforms. If no IT on staff, discuss J2 IT capabilities.

Equipment delivery takes an average 10 business days from time of order.

Schedule installation with IT to ensure a convenient time for all.

Discuss training group size, time and frequency.

Installation

New equipment put into space, connected to power and network.

Any optional equipment installed, auto meter read send set up if available.

Testing to ensure machine is running well.

Successful network installation testing. We will confirm the ability to print a standard operating system test page from a designated workstation to the connected copier and the ability to scan an image to a designated work station, email address or network folder.

Paper drawers sized to your paper needs and labeled appropriately.

Minimal disruption, equipment and surrounding area will be left clean and orderly.

Program destinations, special jobs, users and any customized settings.

Training

Designed around your needs. Date, time, frequency, onsite or at J2 and group size.

Initial training focus on the basics and your specific needs.

Follow up training includes extended features that may uncover unknown solutions.

Can break groups into type of user-basic, extended features, etc.

Will train new employees as your team grows.

Train IT on our web interface and remote access. Will train how to change toner, provide basic trouble shooting and who to contact for service and supplies
