Guide to Online Store Experience



J2 Business Products loves the online store shopping experience and would like to make it as streamlined as possible for you. Here are some tips and some of our favorite features explained.

Quick Order is a quick and efficient way to place orders if you know the item numbers for the products you’re purchasing. It allows you to purchase for multiple departments at one time, by line item.

Ink & Toner Finder is a great way to find toner for your LaserJet printers. Type in your brand, model number, and the proper ink will display. You will not find the toner for the Sharp leased machines using this feature, please call 752-8520 or email [email protected] with your ID# to place an order for a Sharp or Kyocera toner.

Favorites is where you can create lists of frequently purchased items. Click Favorites -> Manage Favorites Lists -> Create New List, Add a List Name, and Add/Edit Items to add items to your list. As you’re shopping you will also notice a button near the Add to Cart button that adds it to your favorites list.

Order History is a great tool to check on current orders, reprint invoices, and reorder items that you previously purchased. Browse to My  Accounts -> Order History. You can narrow down the invoices by using the Search tab on the order history page.
