 I wanted to thank you and everyone there at J2. I called and placed an additional item on our order yesterday. It happened to be a printer toner cartridge. We received the toner a couple of hours after the call. I was definitely impressed as it turned out we ran out of toner completely. It definitely made life easier for us with the replacement here and ready to go. I wanted to let you know that your efforts don't go unnoticed and I really appreciate how quickly you were able to help us out.                                               
   
  I appreciate the promptness of the staff and their positive attitudes. 
   
  Gloria Shirtliff is our representive and is wonderful. Her attitude, helpfulness and knowledge are great. When we call for an order or we place it in person with our representative, we receive that order promptly and the order is correct. 
   
  I called Office Max and Staples in Kalispell to find a tinted Liquid Paper.  Neither establishment had the tint I needed (had only white) and neither business offered any further help to meet this need.  I called J2 and Ron (salesperson #200) answered the call.  I asked him if they had this color and he said no but immediately went into the mode of researching his vendors to find what I needed.  He found the color I wanted and said he would order it and informed me that the product would be available for pick up the next day.  
   
  Great people, good price and convenient. When I call with a question or problem, you are always prompt to get me an answer (I think Ron knows my voice by heart) & if I call with a copier that needs repair, Charlie is always here in no time at all & does a good job & explains what he did or where the problem was. Don is great with machine needs, helping us figure out what's best for our needs & getting us the best pricing. Gloria is always very helpful as our supply rep, too.  
   
  I would like to comment about our delivery person.  He has been delivering for a number of years with the same company, even though they have changed names and owners. He is always non-obtrusive, prompt, kind, clean, helpful and more.   Your Tech support crew is very responsive and knowledgeable, your copiers are an excellent product and reliable. We support our local economy and encourage other businesses to do the same.
