Return Items

    • SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
       
    • Certain items are factory service only and cannot be returned to J2 Office Products. Please consult the product packaging or a J2 Office Products customer service representative for more information.
       
    • Within 30 days, you may return, for money back or exchange, any new, unopened product. We will issue a full refund or exchange for items returned unopened within 30 days of purchase.  Return shipping costs, if any, will only be refunded if the return is a result of an error by J2 Office Products, if there is physical damage to the product itself, or if a manufacturing defect is discovered during our regular return policy.
       
    • If shipping the product back to us, you must have a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Please apply for an RMA# by calling 1-800-564-6354 or contacting us through our customer service - contact us page. Please have a copy of your receipt in-hand when calling.
       
    • Refusing a package. If you placed an order with J2 Office Products and then refuse a package for any reason other than damage to the merchandise, you will receive a refund for the amount of your original transaction less than any shipping charges J2 Office Products incurred in getting the package to you and the cost of the return shipping.
       
    • After receiving an RMA#, you have 7 days to have the item shipped and/or postmarked for return. (actual shipping time will not count against your Return Time Period). If your return is not sent out within that period of time, J2 Office Products reserves the right to asses a restocking fee or refuse return of the product.
      • Please write the RMA# clearly on the shipping label. (Please do not write on the box!)
      • Pack the product in its original packaging with all original conents.
      • For your protection, we recommend you insure your shipment.
      • Your return will not be accepted without the RMA# clearly marked on the shipping label.
